One of the employees of TV9 was beaten black and blue before being handed over to the police. The allegation was that he has stolen some software from TV9. The real "grave" mistake the person has committed was to resign the channel to join some other channel . If this sort of distortion of facts is allowed, every channel will start threatening their staff to see that none of them leave the channel. Employees of all the channels have to take this issue seriously. We don't support stealing of software but foisting cases with a malafide intention has to be stopped.
In fact, only people in top positions resort to such practices like stealing software from the channels they worked earlier.Mr. Satish Babu did the same thing and even today he bargains for a higher salary on the basis of the "library" he has. Mr. Ravi Prakash, CEO, TV9 himself has stolen software from Gemini TV. He took away news clips from Gemini and showing them even today. He has also stolen film content and sold it to Sneha TV in USA, in which he is a partner. Mr. Ravi Prakash, do you have an ethical right to question your staff member even if he has really stolen

RP and his crony Kareem were shunted out of Gemini because of corruptions scandals. They were told to quietly leave or they will be dishounourably taken out. Kareem was Corrupt and RP was selling software to Sneha TV and other channels. But the main reason why RP was told to leave was because he was having an affair with a married Anchor and the whole thing spiralled out. RP in inner circles is known to have broken 3 marriages with his affairs.
