In a high level meeting with CBN, AJ chief Radha decided to launch a news channel for TDP. CBN said that he is upset with the new news channels NTV, TV5 and new news paper SURYA as they are supporting YSR and Congress.
Eenadu and ETV team got fed-up with CBN, as he failed as opposition leader even they try to bring up the issues. TV9 rejected the request of Babu's supportive move and they declared to continue as unbiased news channel. So CBN has no other option to go for a NEWS Channel of his own with the help of AJ.
Our Journalists Friends are going to see one more NEWS Channel.

Why CBN requires a TV Channel separately? Already EENADU and ETV2 are dancing to his tunes. He has a strong base of support from these MEDIA. EENADU and ETV2 never tire in projecting CBN as saviour. Even if there is any reluctant move from these two towards CBN, sincerely accept those moves as the dramatic acts of EENADU and ETV2 to gain access to the political circles in power. They won't change their stand. They just play a drama before the eyes of TELUGUs.
Have you ever saw any news clipping or program criticising CBN. Won't CBN's move to have the support of AJ's proposed channel create a gap between ETV2, EENADU and CBN? Just use your brains brothers.

With more channels and newspapers, more jobs may be available at different levels for job-seekers. The number of jobs generated may not be huge and maybe the demand is for professional and experiienced hands in various specific fields. Yet ancillary or derivative jobs may also be generated providing livelihood chances to others. This from a job-seeker's point view.
From channel owners angle, the purpose of a starting of a new venture depends on how effectively they plan and pursue their agenda.
Days of influencing people, educated or otherwise, with sustained propaganda through various media and commmunication channels, are gone with growing general awareness and educattion among the people.
The percentage of people without formal schooling may be high or low but they are not lacking in cleverness and intellligence to understand the conditions around them the reasons for the same. Successive ellection results revealed it in ample measure.
Like people attending public meetings addressed by various leaders, viewers watch (time permitting) various programmes and follow news put out by channnels. They form their individual opinions from their own understanding and often remain silent, revealing their opinions through the ballot.
If one has resources one can launch a news or entertainment channel or newspaper even, but it involves lot of preplanning, execution and so on. Not a cakewalk to launch and run a channel or newspaper, even if vast financial resources are one's disposal or can be mobilised by virtue of one's position, status and standing.

More newspapers and channels, for all their worth, are welcome. Demand for journalists rises and with it better remuneration and conditions of service. If a journalist is a thorough pro he commands a better deal, others according to their relative merits.
The world is wide open for journalists - Print Journalists, Web journalists or Broadcast of TV Journalists, if one is prepared and willing to make efforts, irrespective of one's current position and age. No age bar for learning new pro skills.
Apart from being a good editorial/reporting hand (language or english), if one has or is prepared to learn software applicaton tools in publishing like Adobe photo shoppe, Quark Express, layout design, pagemaker, etc or advanced tools in TV editng/reporting, introduction to flash, Magazine Editing, Multimedia, and the like, one may get far better chances,
Willingness to learn, take risk and a readiness to move than be content with the laidback professional lifestyle offers many chances.

Can anyone tell me about three experienced journalists in hiding ?
One is Mr. Budan, who was incharge of Business News in Eenadu and later worked in ETV also for some time.He tried in Maa TV but could not succeed. No one knows where he is..
The second one is Mr. Rajasekhar, who was earlier with ETV but shot to fame in TV9 from where he had an unceremonious exit. It was rumoured that he is close to TV5 circles but didnt join there also..
The third, is Mr. Bhavannarayana who was in Gemini, Satya and Maa tv before working in a couple of newspapers and now not to be seen in any of the channels.
Are they fed up with the TV and going back to Newspapers or, busy with their own activities ? I suggest them to start an institute.

Sir, Ushodaya Directer I.Venkat announced his resignation from December is a BIG SHOCK to Ramoji and his Eenadu people. It is also huge loss to Eenadu organisation in future. No compentation to Eenadu for this damage. I.Venkat is a reputated personality and had intimacy with Eenadu past two and half decade. Actually ramoji feels every time about I.Venkat has his third son. Ramoji gave a good place to Venkat after Kiran and Suman. But unfortunately I.Venkat announced good by to Eenadu. It is a bad period to Eenadu. Venkat would join another organisation from January.

After completed the councelling by MNR and DN.. no employ was in satisfaction. Situation is the same. What a pity situation to Eenadu.

Which was published in Eenadu about Nehru, Vijayawada is not a exclusive to Eenadu. Actually that scam was released by one TDP leader of Vijayawada in a press meet recently. After that Eenadu reporters added some more openions to that scame. And also TDP leaders handed over the file to Eenadu Management.

Here News papers are discussing about an individual. That fetch him a lot, his son is already benifited by these two and CBN as well, already

No one succeeded in newspaper industry with political vendetta. Veterans like Dhirubhai Ambani started news papers but failed. He is successful only in his own selected fields. Money can't give success in every field. Every upcoming entrepreneur should know this. If money and muzzle power in news paper industry gives extra mileage in politics and decision making, every corporate house through away at least Rs.1, 000 crore rupees to start a news paper. In comparison to that money power where these Telugu papers and news channels aspirants stands?
News paper industry needs a dedication. With this present day competition journ’s salary's may improve a lot. But it is not the sole criteria. Now the journo’s working conditions are worst than IT people.
Some one in this blog said that, Sakshi is taking over entire staff of Eenadu technical people. So what? Let us take simple example. You had two or more maids in your house. One fine morning they join in neighbor’s house. What happen then to your regular house functioning? Is It comes to standstill? No. Generally it goes as usual. Someone take that work and run the show... It may be your wife, children or new maid.
It is very funny to read in these columns that THE GREAT JAGAN ANNA of SAAKSHI exploiting the strengths of other papers. Recruitment method supports this. That is not wise business tactic. Exploiting others weakness is SUCCESSFUL MANTRA in every business.

I challenge you here, My neibours had 2 maids and 2 are stopped working for them, because of rubbish reception they receive and they spread this across that house owner doesn't have minimum scruples towards his workers.
Do you think next time they get maids?
Ok, even if they get..do you think they would remain once they realized?
Do you think Owner would manage to hold his maids for long time with his unscropulus behaviour?

Tv9 may dominate but most of these TV9,surya,DC,Vaartha etc etc are opputunist people.. Does any news paper or TV channels have guts to bring big scandals and bring out scandals of the big people like Y.Samual.R.Reddy,vatti vasantha kumar or Devineni Nehru? They allways try to catch poor small government employees by putting hidden cameras etc.. Does they ever bring out one big scandal of Big Guns ?atleast Eenadu has guts to do that even though they are biased. First allways Try to catch big fish for better society.

Monopoly of news paper is not good for the journalists as well as people; it is the welcoming situation for breaking of the monopoly of eenadu. The competition should be there always. In a competition, news paper organizations look for the interest of the people to enhance their market and look for journalists and their staff to retain the talent. Hope Saakshi will break the monopoly of Eenadu.
As a reader I read Eenadu every day with cursing, I tried Vaartha it is worst and I could not get AJ before I leave to my office, now reading SURYA along with eenadu, Surya can not compete Eenadu as it does not have depth in the content . im waiting for saakshi .It is pity for the readers to read two news papers just to know the truth
Ofcourse we have balance in the electronic media and e-media is not the substitute for the print media , 30 minutes paper reading can not be equated with 30 min. watching of TV
I said in my earlier postings Dramoji as CJ & CI ,he is harmful to the society more than criminals ,rowdies ,corrupted people at the same time I appreciate him for the change he brought in Telugu print language, Im the reader of Eenadu nearly three decades
Hoping for neutral paper may be too much at the present circumstances , at least a paper which strongly competes Eenadu may have balancing act in the print media

Friends, till now I didn't write any comments in this blog. Because, It seems like a fools paradise. But I want to bring some truths which may pain full to somebody for various reasons.
Friends, Eenadu foundation did not laid by present kamma editorial staff. Eenadu strength is really then Brahmin staff. If you insult them as belt batch or treat them as servers. But they only taken Eenadu real heights.
Listen, No brahmin respected in Eenadu like a Kamma with real good position. Management gave higher promotions to some brahmins because there was no alternative.
Every one in journalism know Eenadu streangth is in Desks. Not reporting. I am not blaming reporters. Some reporters were real big assets to Eenadu. Kommineni, AV Narasimha rao (ippati narasimha rao kadu) Gaddam Narasimharao, Bhargava, Dilip reddy, Govinda reddy... These are all examples only.
If you take Central desk, Once upon a time So many Brahmins worked there. VSR Sastry, Ysr Sarma, Ramu, Rama Krishna, Uday kumar, Acharya, Manikumar etc. At the same point of time, recently migrated journos Krishna Murthy, Ramana Murthy, Ramana vakkalanka also worked in General Desk. But then no kamma person is there. One Rama rao came and could not survived.
Now, not a single brahmin is working in Central desk of Eenadu. But Nearly 9 kammas are there. Rahul has excellent knowledge. R gopala Krishna is a good experienced journo. May be one or two more kamma journalists are worthy. But what about remaining? They came to central desk because of their cast loyalty only. If any Major incident occured? Can Eenadu central desk cover effectively? The answer is nagative.

It's good that now atleast 2 newpapers(AJ & Saakshi-upcoming) are trying to compete with Eenadu.
If I am not wrong surya can be declared flop and might close their shop after next elections in case if saakshi is not closed.What ever the results are the journalists are finally becoming valuable assets like IT professionals and these(New News channels & News papers) will give better prospects for all Journalists in AP.So Be happy guys whether you work for Eenadu or AJ or Saakshi,Don't throw mud on your brothers. OK Cahandra Babu will come in to power, but what is the fate of the state? Ramoji will claim that bcoz of him Babu came in to power, Babu is also ready to give that credit to Ramoji. OK that is another caste based calculation.
Recently Kodela went USA, He is saying 90% of the NRIs are with TDP, No wonder, all Kammas are with TDP.
Entire in Indian history first time YSR is running the government with out media support. And also he is fighting with media.
How pity position for Chandra Babu Naidu? in next elections if again Congress will come in to power Ramoji Rao and Andhra Jyothy RadhaKrishna are defeeted. If YSR is defeeted Ramoji and Radha Krishna are winners. Then what about Chandra Babu Naidu?
Same position with BJP Venkaiah Naidu also. Ramoji made all efforts to elivate Venkaiah Naidu possible extent. Now what is Venkaiah?
Tomorrow Chandra Babu is also same. He will wait for Ramoji or even Eenadu Kiran's appointment at Film City or Khairatabad Eenadu office.
TDP will come in to power, but Eenadu will rule the state. Ramoji is dead against to Telangana, but he supported and funded KCR for Karimnagar elections. He will speak about values and ethics and rubbish.
Just bcoz of Eenadu Telugu people thinking capacity has gone back atleast for 50 years.
YSR - u r the only hero who is fighting directly with Ramoji Rao. For that matter Chandra Babu is also your fan. Becoz he cant b like u with Ramoji.
Ramoji can do wonders. But he is doing only blunders. He will face the music. All Eenadu employees are Undavalli fans, and they are gin=ving more and more information about Margadarsi.
Suman belongs to another world. Kiran is dummy in the hands of DN Prasad and MNR. Ramoji Rao can see and can b a witness forEenadu down fall.
Ramoji Rao garu u can run a paper not a political party. Please listen to TDP Devender Gowd or some other non Kamma leaders in TDP, they are telling so many stories about u and your Eenadu.
YOur Sailaja Kiran is directly saying with all important Kamma Leaders that Eenadu is going to put Chandra Babu naidu as CM again. All the best. But one way if Chandra Babu will not come in to power u will b saved. Other wise u r closed. Becoz if Chandra Babu would have been CM at the time of Gun Shot Balakrishna case, Balakrishna would have been sent to Charla Pally central jail, If u would have cought like this in Chandra babu time u would have been sent to jail.
Just becoz of YSR's negligence u r able to play the dramas that too with Kamma Court links.
U may b winner or looser, But U came to roads. And u r walking on the roads through Eenadu paper with out cloths on u.
