Opposition alleges that he amassed 2000 crores. But our prince Jagan doesn't want to spend too much on the salaries. After recruiting senior staff he wanted to save money and pay less amounts to the secondary level people.He ordered that no one should be appointed for above 30,000 salary.He will give special approval for the journos above 20,000 salary. This move confused a lot of seniors who wanted to join Saakshi and they are now opting for Andhrajyothy. Thus Jagan's miser attitude is helping Jyothy to build a good team.

no dougbt SAAKSHI will be number 4 paper in andhra pradesh. next 2 years eenadu-1, andhra jyothy-2, vaartha-3 positions will be stand. SAAKSHI will be the forth place. because their attitude was very poor...their recruitment policy also very bad...srinivasa reddy, narayana reddy, krishna kanth reddy...enough for SAAKSHI down fall.

okka k r p reddy vishayamlo nay saakshi correct decission teesukundi. including patanjali all other editorial appointments were very bad taste. journos now rethinking to join saakshi.some more eenadu people planing to join andhra jyothy. eenadu reporters also to leave the organisation but they have no alternate in out side. saakshi doors open only weak persons.as long as madhav bureau chief in A J they would not prefer. this is the situation.

good objervation by some one.what he said that the Y.S. fans and farmers buy the SAAKSHI paper. what a joke.mr.anonymous pl. see the farmers situation in andhra pradesh atleast they have no food twice a daily. ANDHRA JYOTHY Radha Krishna now happy over the appointments till date in SAAKSHI. now SAAKSHI prefer only for VAARTHA people. they have totally un proffessionals and now SAAKSHI depend on the VAARTHA journos only.

This is the latest news from SAAKSHI desk that the district reporters recruitmrnt were complete. what is the SAD majority district reporters who appointed by SAAKSHI were damagers and blockmailers.

dear friends,
the blogger`s lead is true. ignoring the backbone central desk, they have started edition incharges recruitment. as per information, the edition incharches and their salaries are as follows..
srikakulam.. muralikrishna of vaartha.. 15,000
vizag.. sagar ex aj and now surya of rjy.. 17,000
vijayawada...sathya prakash of aj..rs 17,000
tirupathi.. ramanjaneyulu of navya weekly .. 22,000
though it was decided to pay uniform salaries to incharges of big cities @17,000, ramanjaneyulu managed to get 22,000. this may create problems in future.
one more thing friends,
murali`s wings are cut and he is asked to confine himself to his reporting staff. all the editions incharges recruitments are done by patanjali through his lakshman rao.
with this salaries structure, everybody lost interest on saakshi and no talented person in aj and eenaadu will join saakshi. saakshi may going to face the understaff trouble like surya and they may not launch all the editions at a time in january.

Saakshi management looking for sub editors (8,000/- max) mostly from Jyothy and Vaartha who are getting one or two thousand less there.

I consider it a rare opportunity to have observed Kiran, MD, Eenadu and Jagan for sometime.

Look, we have to tell who Kiran is but Jagan does not require such introduction. Moreover, Kiran has been handling Eenadu for long time (almost a decade) but still does not look like the experienced. Jagan is quick learner. I am not praising him. He has his own drawbacks. But I believe his drawbacks are more to do with his personal choices. About business and external activities, Jagan thinks like the matured, Kiran is not so. Kiran is yet to learn to handle things independently.

Like Kiran, Jagan too consider the opinion of his advisers but decision is purely of his choice. Kiran, most of the times, gets carried away by his advisers opinion. Jagan has better idea about Kiran, which is supposed to be other way round. What I suspect is that Jagan has been waiting and watching Eenadu moves closely. He strongly feels that his father’s fight against Eenadu has to be taken forward by him. Kiran, if he wants to continue the legacy of his father, he needs to be much much better than a mere rookie Manager. I don’t know, whether Kiran has spies who can tell him about Jagan and his attitude and thinking. Jagan gets regular feedback about inside Eenadu.
