because of unethical approach by mrs.rk she listens to few people like uselessfellow ganesh and DGM-HR and most useless C.E.O if rk does not remove all these immediately his company will be no more.employees also noticed that he is also not keeping his promises given. so they are in search of new jobs.the simple Ex.wheather he has paid any body who left the org.¬ to his man ramesh(chief photographer) who has done lot of service to company and also at his home round the clock you being a MD of the company take bold decessions dont be like CNB .we think you must have seen the result of hipocracy.None of your employees are happy with your new arrivals pl.send them back and you lead the team then only you can see aj"s future.PL.call all your HODS and ask about this chamchas (GANESH,DGM_HR&C.E.O)then you will understand what is happening inside till then your efforts are waste.Dont waste single paise but what ever you have to pay to old employees pl. pay otherwise face legally it seemes you have given appiontment orders in 2007 though they joinedin 2002.Retaine your people do remember there is manpower shortage
