At last the State Govt. has decided to allocate the land to journalists. After this cabinet decision, journalist leaders are planning to felicitate the Chiefminister. The question is whether this is largesse of YSR or another election gimmick?

Dear friend ur calculation requires re assessment. caz, roads, parks, community halls ect will be allotted at same space. there fore its sure, its not 1130 plots, may be hardly 1000 or less. after lay out is made, they will be confirmed.

300 crores were spent. Tonnes of money was spent on meaningless advertising. Scores of journos were poached with hefty pay packets. But when the first edition cameout at 8am, it sunk without trace. The Net-edition looks like a third grade website. Fans of YS family are very much disappointed with the first look of "SAAKSHI". First impression became the worst impression.

Now the question is What went wrong? Who is the culprit?

What a tragedy? The man, who rented his pen to Jagan, without giving much thought compared,Sakshi to Seehta. He might have wrote this piece without commonsense or with foolishness. Seetha is the role of a women, who suffered most difficulties in mythology. Seetha never was never in peace. Is he means, Sakshi is also going to suffer in the same way and ultimately enter in to Bhudevi? What an out dated thinking? Seetha cannot be wife of many(readers) as well Sakshi? Political loyalties aside, Eenadu's first priority has always been quality of news (best example: Saakshi's inaguaration was today's headline news in Eenadu) That's what makes Eenadu No.1. AP people didn't make it the largest circulated daily for no reason. As for Saakshi, it's too early to judge. But, as it's owners' intentions are obvious, it's hard to believe this new kid-in-the-game sticks to the high standards he boasted about in the very first editorial. In that case, Saakshi's fate will be no different from that of Udayam and Vaartha - both of which entered the scene with much fan-fare but quit silently after a few years.

This is a news paper, a big venture no body dreamt of two years ago. Every venture will have some teething problems and will take time to set it all right.

The paper and the content is not so bad, poor or worse as some people wrote here. It is worth it.

May be we are expecting too many sensational news and shitty surveys that we are habituated to see in news papers till now and the lack of the same might be disappointing to many.

The website looks very clean without any ad banners distracting our sight. We know several news sites with more ads banners than news.

This channel starts its operation with the name of Media news agency. Published some ads in Eenadu newspaper. So many Reporters attend the interviews, the so called Md Ramlingadu(ex Vaartha reporter in Kurnool dt)told that they are launching a news channel with 24hours news. And the reporters asked to cover the news and they will do additional duty in 9 types of businesses( CC camera, water-plants, job consultency,insurence,and others). After seeing the advertisement some reporters went to C9 office, Ramalingadu asked them to pay 50thousend rupees non-refundable deposit per District. In the boom of Electronic Media some of them joined with paying money to ramalingadu.
First he started an web page with banner of www.concepts9.com (now it is running u can see this. Months are going on but the channel came in to true. Every day a new story telling by Ramalingadu to the c9 victims. lacks of rupees he collected from poor reporters in Andhra, and he says the name MANTRA LAYAM TEMPLE SWAMIJI AND SOME NRI'S.
Now days he started a new story, that his company had purchased Christians Channel SUBHAWARTA, Telugu daily RAKSHANA.

Chiru's new decision

After seeing the advertisement some reporters went to C9 office, Ramalingadu asked them to pay 50thousend rupees non-refundable deposit per District. In the boom of Electronic Media some of them joined with paying money to ramalingadu.
First he started an web page with banner of www.concepts9.com (now it is running u can see this. Months are going on but the channel came in to true. Journalist Housing Societies

There is an effort by some of our journalist friends to form a new housing society. the proposed new housing society will have, as its members, all those journalists eligible for a housing plot. The talk is that the government principle agreed to give land to the housing society which is in broad representative character, i.e., journalists from the electronic media, print media, small and medium newspapers, photographers, cameramen, etc.,

The promoters of the new housing society now want the journalists who are already members of respective housing societies to withdraw their membership and join the new society.

Why is it that things are stretched beyond the limits? If the government does not have confidence in the existing societies or if the government wants the land to be given to the society with representative character it can be done. For this the journalists need not withdraw their membership in the existing societies.

All that needs to be done is allot land through a Government Order to a New Society which, the government thinks is going to have a representative character. On allotment of land to the society, new members will be taken (till then there will be only promoters). to the available extent of land. This will suffice to the extent that no member will have to withdraw his membership in the existing society.

Once the GO is out the guidelines of the government will also be clear and the eligibility criteria specified. Asking the journalists to withdraw membership from the existing societies would lead to confusion and leaves scope for intimidation when the new society membership issue begins.

For giving plots there should be some criteria. But making it as 10 years is highly inhuman and also injustice. It is better to share the land in reasonably less quantum. So that many jounalists will be benefited. For that we strongly propose 175 square yards per head. Along with that there should be a provision of minimum 3 years working experience in hyderabad. If seniors are not going to think with broad mind... issue is going to be further complicated. This is an humble appeal to seniors.. think big.

Some old fellows are already got plots when your party gave last time. they are totally favour of TDP. Though you did lot about journalists in telugu media, most of them are against you. But one big shot blunderly said that M.Nageswara rao is charecter less perticularly foe SOME THING and eenadu suffering a lot with his iron leg effect. It is comman like a big project would take some time postponement. Actually every project have their time bound progromme to achieve the speedy of work. And also Jagan should not gave open announcement till to day their paper when will be in marcket. Editorial, circulation, advertisement, administration, mitionary, computers, each every disrticts buildings.. etc is a lot of ricky work involved with there. So, some more time they will take their is no problam. All journalists are with happy mood including AJ and Eenadu, that they got hiking salaries because of Saakshi and YSR. So, journalists may gratitude towards Saakshi.

saakshi paper launching postponed indefinetly.....some of them said that saakshi will launch on 21st march, good friday. this is not true. no fresh date finalised yet.
this is official news.

now, three dates are in the mind of ys jagan mohan reddy.
they are.....
1) march 14 (madam sonia gandhi coming on that to city to lauunch rajiv gandhi international airport)

2) march 21 (good friday)
3) april 7 (ugadi, telugu new year day)

if on these three ocassions saakshi will not comeout into the market ..... then saakshi paper will not come never, never,never. it will be shutdown. this is true.

actual launching date is 28-2-08, but this day paper will not come at any cost. this is true.

recently y.s.jaganmohan reddy conducted a meeting with key members of this paper and said this heart breaking truth.

after this meeting.....all the saakshi staff members are very went into nervous. their faces turned into gloomy, pale, sad.

some of them are planning to join again in their parent organazations.....

jagan garu ...wake up...wake up...
announce the date as early as possible....otherwise, nobody will buy your paper. nobody will stay in your paper.........all are waiting eagerly for the advertisement of "AKSHARAM" DAILY.

Number of times Ramoji said to their employees that if i had done a mistake.. you can write it imparsially. That is the values of journalism.. he told. But no one single news item appeared in Eeandu about his surrender in vijag police station. Eenadu feels it is not a news? All other papers covered it. I am watching this blog for the last 4 months.I am not a jounrnalist,but in media for the last 22 years.I observed that some of the journo's are using very bad language that too on management where they worked.We are all employees,the managements will have their own stategies and feelings which we cannot deny.But if you working with them you should be loyal what ever the policy they take.If not interested,we should choose alternate job.even then you should not comment on them like this.
That too some them are bringing caste into picture,which is also is not good for the society.Everybody will have their own feelings and regard to their own community.but they should not blame others.
Hope everybody will accept my feelings and stop the same in this blog.

dear ramakrishna reddy,pl, change u r guards as early as possible. we heard that sakshi dummy is not good. murali is capable in desk. he depend on thugs like manchala, narayareddy, sudhakar reddy. but they r not good enough for u r expectations. take some good bureau incharge for state to assist murali. then only u can success. dont depend on venu and others. eventhough they are good people but their capacity is not at u r expected level. then only u can satiafy u r boss mr jagan. lastly u advise u r editor to be restrain and u use kishore services for story planing
